These terms govern your use of the Kamara marketplace. Prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

Delivery

Kamara coordinates deliveries nationwide across Kenya; pricing and timing depend on the item, order size and destination. See Delivery & Shipping.

Customer Protection, returns & refunds

Report a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially not-as-agreed item within 7 calendar days of delivery. Custom pieces are not returnable for a change of mind once correctly produced but remain fully protected against defects. See Customer Protection & Returns. Nothing here limits rights under applicable law.
