The Diani Dressing Table is a dressing table handcrafted in Kenya from board, metal and mirror. The build is quiet and deliberate: a clean rectangular top, a single wide drawer set flush beneath it, and a framed mirror that rises from the rear edge. Nothing is ornamented for its own sake, and the proportions stay light enough that the piece reads almost as a console. Board panels form the top, the drawer front, the mirror surround and the tiered corner shelves, all finished in a flat white. The frame is a slim metal structure in a warm brass tone, running from the floor to the underside of the top and continuing as a stretcher between the legs. Three rounded shelves step down one side, open on both faces, and the mirror sits within a broad white frame topped with a small metal finial. A matching upholstered stool in a pale, textured cream completes the set. This is a dressing table for a bedroom corner, ideally where daylight falls across the mirror in the morning. The drawer takes brushes and small tools, while the open shelves suit stacked books, a lidded jar or a low vase. Against pale walls and timber flooring it holds its own without crowding the room.
