The Ololua Dining Table is a round dining table handcrafted in Kenya from cyprus. The circular top is cut and smoothed into a single uninterrupted plane, with a gently eased edge that reads as one soft line from every side of the room. The four legs are squared and set in from the rim, tapering slightly as they meet the floor. Nothing about it is decorative, which is what makes the quiet workmanship visible. Cyprus timber gives the piece its form, worked and joined by hand and carried under an opaque white finish. The paint sits close to the surface, so the table shows the honest flatness of planed wood rather than a high gloss. Proportions are generous and low-slung: a wide top over a short, confident base, with open space between the legs that keeps the whole thing feeling light. The round shape earns its place in rooms where people talk across the table rather than down it.
