The Fahali Coffee Table is a marble coffee table handcrafted in Kenya. It is built around a rectangular top with softly rounded corners, set above a lower shelf of matching outline. The proportions are low and horizontal, and the two tiers are offset so the piece reads as one solid form rather than a stack of parts. The top is marble, veined in warm gold-brown lines that drift across a pale, lightly polished surface. Because the stone is natural, no two tops carry the same pattern. The body beneath it is pale and smooth, wrapped with narrow gold-toned banding that traces each edge and repeats along the lower tier. A single drawer with a slim pull sits centred in the long side, and small rounded feet lift the base a short distance off the floor. This coffee table suits a living room where seating gathers close: in the photograph it sits on a textured rug beside an upholstered sofa, holding a book, a notebook and a cup of coffee. The drawer takes remotes and coasters, while the lower shelf holds magazines within reach. Near a window, the veining in the stone catches daylight and shifts through the day.
